Reorganisation and improvement of Plaza del Pilar and completion of the public square in the Silo area of Olvés

Summary

The Municipality of Olvés is procuring works to renew and improve two public spaces in two independent lots. Lot 1 covers the reorganisation and refurbishment of Plaza del Pilar, including demolition and earthworks, new paving, replacement of water-supply and sewer networks, and a brick boundary wall. Lot 2 completes the public square in the Silo area with a metal pedestrian staircase, waterproofing and paving, external access paving, and installation of benches, bins and planters. The estimated total value is EUR 140,674.82 excluding VAT.
