Rental and installation of stages, structures, marquees and auxiliary equipment for IMEB events

Summary

The Municipal Institute of Education and Libraries of Calvià (IMEB) is procuring the rental and installation of stages, structures, marquees and auxiliary equipment for events at its facilities, including transport, assembly and dismantling. Estimated quantities include stages, 4,000 chairs, 150 tables, stage carpeting and two 20 × 10 m marquees. The contract also covers transport and installation of IMEB-owned marquees, tables and chairs for Book Day. The two-year contract runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029, with a possible extension of up to 24 months; the maximum budget is €53,223.14 excluding VAT (€64,400 including VAT).
