Design and supervision services for converting Valencia premises into homes

Summary

The Valencia City Council is procuring project design and full technical supervision services for converting municipal premises into affordable rental homes, in three lots: two homes at 6 Dénia Street (198 m²); one at 14 Lluís Despuig Street (47 m²); and one at 10 Llíria Street (85 m²). The services include design of building works and installations, supervision of the works, health and safety coordination, and energy-performance certificates; archaeological work is also included for Lot 3. The service contract has a total budget of €38,588.47 excluding VAT (€46,692.05 including VAT).
