Installation and operation of two Christmas carousels for the PAI Novo Norte tourism campaign

Summary

Lugo City Council is procuring the installation, operation, maintenance and removal of two Christmas carousels for its PAI Novo Norte tourism campaign. The contract is divided into two lots: one carousel at Plaza del Ferrol and one at Plaza Agro do Rolo; each lot has a budget of €33,000 excluding VAT. The carousels will operate free of charge from 18 December 2026 to 6 January 2027, and the sites must be cleared by 11 January 2027.
