Collection and management of laboratory, biosanitary and industrial waste

Summary

The Fundació Parc Científic de Barcelona is procuring collection, transport, management and treatment or disposal of waste generated in its laboratories and buildings under two lots. Lot 1 covers biological and healthcare waste, experimental animal remains and expanded-polystyrene packaging; Lot 2 covers chemical waste and other hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste. Both lots include suitable containers and bags and the associated waste-control documentation. The contract runs for two years, with up to two one-year extensions.
