General cleaning services for the Tabakalera building

Summary

The contracting entities Centro Internacional de Cultura Contemporánea, S.A. and Kutxa Fundazioa are jointly procuring cleaning services for the approximately 40,000 m² Tabakalera building in Donostia / San Sebastián. The services cover the areas assigned to each entity and include routine and periodic cleaning, scheduled specialist cleaning, waste collection and sorting, washroom consumables, pest control, and cleaning associated with events, activities, installations and other additional needs. The procurement is for one contractor and is not divided into lots.
