Adaptation works for the Citizen Service Office at 2 Sant Jordi Street, Tremp

Summary

The Department of the Presidency of Catalonia is procuring the refurbishment of an approximately 200 m² ground-floor premises at 2 Sant Jordi Street in Tremp for a new Citizen Service Office. The single, undivided contract covers demolition and removal, new partitions and ceilings, glazing, textile flooring and painting, as well as climate control, ventilation, electrical, lighting, plumbing, drainage, telecommunications and fire-protection installations. The works are budgeted at €162,751.78 excluding VAT (€196,929.65 including VAT) and are to be completed within five months, no later than 31 December 2027.
