Emotional support service for young people

Summary

The Municipality of Roses is procuring a single, indivisible emotional-support and psychological-care service for local young people aged 12–29 experiencing emotional distress or personal, relationship or behavioural difficulties. The service includes individual sessions, coordination with schools, social services and other referral professionals, follow-up and referrals where more specialised support is needed. The initial school-year service covers up to 248 individual sessions and 10 coordination sessions; the annual contract value is capped at €15,728.16, excluding VAT. The initial term is in 2027, with up to three annual extensions through 2030.
