Staff changing room and separate kitchen washing area works

Summary

The Institut Municipal de Serveis Personals is procuring a single, integrated works contract at the Josep Padrós–General Weyler residential centre in Badalona. The works will create staff changing facilities with associated sanitary facilities on the ground floor and a separate washing area in the first-floor kitchen, including interior demolition, new partitions and finishes, alterations to water, drainage, electrical, heating and hot-water systems, kitchen equipment and ventilation, and an electric-vehicle charging point.
