Advanced home telecare for vulnerable people in Lanzarote

Summary

The Cabildo of Lanzarote and La Graciosa is procuring one integrated advanced home telecare service for vulnerable people in Lanzarote and La Graciosa who are not receiving support through the dependency-care system. The service will cover up to 150 users and includes installation and maintenance of home terminals and suitable alert sensors, 24/7 alarm response, user follow-up and coordination with social and health services. The contract has a maximum initial term of two years and a base budget of €75,600.
