Supply and services for decorations for Teulada campaigns and events

Summary

The Teulada City Council is procuring a single-lot, mixed supply and service contract for decorative items used in municipal campaigns and events, including transport, distribution, installation and removal. Annual requirements include up to 250 Christmas campaign decorations, up to 25 items for the August Shopping Night, complementary signs, banners, illuminated displays and a photo backdrop, and up to six outdoor decorative and promotional items for the October Commerce Day. The contract runs for two years, with an option to extend it by a further two years; the total budget ceiling for the initial term is €16,200 excluding VAT.
