Roof Waterproofing and Interior Repairs at the Gargáligas Cultural Centre

Summary

The Government of Extremadura is procuring repair works at the Casa de Cultura in Gargáligas, Badajoz, to prepare it for continued use as a community cultural centre. The works include removing and reinstalling the rooftop photovoltaic system, waterproofing the roof and installing roof outlets, fitting suspended ceilings, sanding and painting interior surfaces, and replacing safety laminated glass in the hall. The works are to be completed within two months; the estimated budget is €153,728.55 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
