Preparation of the execution design and construction supervision for urban development of the INFECAR fairground

Summary

The Canary Islands Fair Institution (INFECAR) is procuring technical services to review the approved preliminary design, define the scope and prepare the execution design for the fairground’s urban development, and provide construction supervision. The work also covers associated buildings and infrastructure, including warehouses and workshops, a waste collection point, a technical gallery and centralised installations, to support access to and operation of the new exhibition pavilion and complementary-use building. The contract is not divided into lots; its estimated value is €906,301.27 excluding the Canary Islands indirect tax, and its maximum overall duration is 750 days.
