Gardening and green-space maintenance for the Leonardo Torres Quevedo Institute

Summary

The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) is procuring gardening and green-space maintenance for the Leonardo Torres Quevedo Institute (ITEFI) in Madrid under a single contract with no lots. The 18-month service, planned to begin on 1 January 2027, covers a 1,000 m² lawn, ornamental trees, 150 seasonal flowers, five indoor planters, planted areas around the parking area and a 65 m² outdoor rest area. The contract includes routine mowing, pruning, watering, fertilising, plant-health treatments, weed control and cleaning.
