Supply and installation of kitchen equipment for the University of Granada dining facilities

Summary

The University of Granada is procuring 21 units across 14 article lines to renew kitchen equipment at five university dining facilities: Fuentenueva, Cartuja, Aynadamar, the Parque Tecnológico de la Salud and Colegio Mayor Isabel la Católica. The supply includes washing equipment, vegetable and meat slicers, a 150-litre multifunction pressure-cooking system and accessories, a freezer, gas burners, hot-holding carts, and a gas flat-top griddle with base cabinet. Delivery, installation and commissioning, user training, and removal of the replaced griddle and cabinet at Aynadamar are included; the contract is not divided into lots. The budget is €95,661.16 excluding VAT (€115,750 including VAT).
