Urbanisation works on the first section of Gómez Ferrer Avenue to Colón Street

Summary

Sedaví City Council is procuring, as a single contract without lots, the redevelopment of the first section of Gómez Ferrer Avenue, from Pintor Sorolla Street to Colón Street. The works will create a continuous, level shared surface with differentiated central and side paving, and include surface drainage, adjustments at building entrances, pedestrian crossings and signage, street furniture, public lighting and an outdoor staircase to the seniors’ premises. The works are scheduled for completion within three months; the estimated contract value is €134,613.17 excluding VAT.
