P 382 – Adaptation of facilities at the border control post in the Port of Santander

Summary

The Port Authority of Santander is procuring works to adapt, renovate and connect the three buildings of the border inspection post within an approximately 6,340 m² site at the Port of Santander. The works include demolitions and extensions, a new access, internal reconfiguration, upgrades to drainage, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and fire-protection systems, roof repairs, and external works for refrigerated-container parking and a new site boundary. The works form one contract, with an eight-month execution period and a base budget of EUR 1,001,193.95 excluding VAT.
