Construction of facilities at Montaña Tenisca and environmental and landscape restoration – Phase 1

Summary

The Cabildo Insular de La Palma is procuring a single, indivisible works contract for Phase 1 of the Montaña Tenisca project in Los Llanos de Aridane. The works expand the municipal sports complex with an indoor swimming pool and associated spa facilities, changing rooms, a gym, a cafeteria and general areas, together with related building, installation, site-development, waste-management and environmental and landscape-restoration works. The works budget is €2,614,817.83 including Canary Islands indirect tax, and the execution period is 18 months.
