Replacement of interior woodwork in guest rooms at the Baiona Parador

Paradores de Turismo de España is procuring works to renew the interior woodwork in guest rooms at the Baiona Parador in Pontevedra. The works include removing and replacing wardrobe interiors, wardrobe doors, bathroom doors and skirting boards, together with necessary associated building work. The work is planned in three phases while the hotel remains operational; the tender budget is €410,000 excluding VAT (€496,100 including VAT), with provision for modifications of up to €20,500 excluding VAT.
