Rental of equipment and small materials for cultural events

Summary

Madrid Destino is seeking the on-demand rental of common-use equipment and small materials for backstage areas, temporary auxiliary installations and other spaces used for cultural events in Madrid. The range includes furniture and seating, marquees and signage, mirrors and cloakroom items, refrigeration and catering equipment, heaters and fans, waste containers, and transport; delivery, unloading, installation, maintenance and collection are included. Quantities will depend on the events and may be supplied simultaneously at venues across Madrid’s 21 districts. The initial term is 12 months from the planned start in January 2027, with extensions of up to 24 months in total; the procurement is not divided into lots.
