GESVICAN is holding an anonymous, jury-assessed architectural design competition for a development in Mataporquera comprising 15 protected affordable-rental homes, garages and a municipal-use premises of approximately 40 m². The scheme also includes at least 15 parking spaces, one fully accessible two-bedroom home, a lift, shared areas and the urbanisation works needed to service the site. The winner is entitled to negotiate a subsequent contract for the building design and construction supervision.
