Design services for converting the former Sant Josep residence into supported housing for older people

Summary

Santpedor City Council is procuring architectural services to prepare the basic and detailed designs for the rehabilitation and conversion of the former Sant Josep residence at 35 Monjo Street into supported housing for older people. The design will assess a possible 53 m² extension and plan for a reference capacity of 12 homes. The single contract covers the building assessment and coordinated architectural, structural and building-services designs; construction supervision and assistance during construction are excluded.
