Stone pine cone harvesting in Tarifa municipal forests

Summary

The Municipality of Tarifa is granting the right to harvest stone pine cones from eight municipal forests during the 2026–2027, 2027–2028 and 2028–2029 forest seasons. The estimated total harvest is 63,200 kg: 40,000 kg from La Peña; 5,000 kg each from Facinas, Saladavieja, Puertollano and Caheruelas; 1,600 kg from Bugeo; 1,000 kg from Betis; and 600 kg from Sierra Plata. The cones are sold on the trees, and harvesting is included in the scope.
