Jerez City Council is procuring unit-price maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems in municipal buildings, including buildings it owns, occupies under lease or has been assigned for use. The service covers preventive and legally required maintenance, corrective and modification work, technical advice, estimates and reports, system supervision, inventory control and the materials needed for maintenance. The planned term is 48 months, from 2027 to 2030, with a total budget of €900,000 including VAT.
