Comprehensive maintenance of multifunction devices for Asturias judicial bodies

Summary

The Principality of Asturias is procuring comprehensive maintenance of multifunction devices used by judicial bodies under the Vice-Ministry of Justice. The service covers printing, copying, scanning and fax equipment, with payment per copy, and includes on-site technical work, preventive and corrective maintenance, consumables other than paper and staples, replacement parts and related software support. The contract is divided into three lots: Ricoh and Konica (including Infotec, Lanier, Nashuatec and Gestetner), Kyocera, and Canon. The one-year contract has a total maximum budget of €83,219.06 including VAT; equipment that replaces or is added to the listed devices during the contract may also be covered.
