Comprehensive building and facilities maintenance at Palma Public Library “Can Sales”

Summary

The contract covers two years of comprehensive statutory, preventive and corrective maintenance for Palma Public Library “Can Sales”, a six-storey building of approximately 5,000 m², with an option to extend for up to two further years. The work includes maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing and sanitation, carpentry, glazing, locks and furniture, masonry, painting, internal moves and waste handling, together with the supply of non-inventory spare parts and materials. Fire and security systems, lifts, climate-control systems, the generator, IT and communications cabling, computer equipment and multifunction printers are excluded.
