Site supervision and health-and-safety coordination for the SOIB/SEPE office refurbishment in Port d’Alcúdia

Summary

The Balearic Islands Employment Service is procuring the site supervision and health-and-safety coordination services for the joining and refurbishment of two premises at Port d’Alcúdia, which will become administrative offices for SOIB/SEPE. The services cover works supervision, material execution supervision, supervision of installations and activity-related measures, and construction-phase health-and-safety coordination. The refurbished premises will provide 311 m² of usable floor area; the construction works are estimated to take 8 months.
