Design and construction supervision for the Canarian Roma Sociocultural Centre in San Cristóbal de La Laguna

Summary

The municipality is procuring the basic and detailed design and full construction supervision for a multifunctional Canarian Roma sociocultural centre in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. The project covers a building with a maximum developable area of 1,251.33 m², a basement of up to 940.85 m² for parking and technical/storage uses, and approximately 315.25 m² of external works, including four to five surface parking spaces. The centre is to include administrative and public-service rooms, a multipurpose hall for 300–400 people, a kitchen workshop and event space; the design and supervision service is budgeted at €343,440.39 including IGIC, with three months for the basic project and five months for the detailed project, while supervision continues for the duration of the works.
