Construction direction and health and safety coordination for demolition and expansion of the CTEIB wrestling pavilion

Summary

The Conselleria de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes is procuring professional services to direct and oversee the demolition and expansion works at the wrestling pavilion of the Balearic Islands Sports Training Centre (CTEIB), including construction direction, direction of the material execution of the works, and health and safety coordination. The works include partial demolition of adjoining buildings and construction of new changing rooms and auxiliary spaces integrated with the existing pavilion, while the sports centre remains operational. The single, non-lotted service contract is planned for 49 months: one month before construction, 12 months during construction and 36 months covering the works’ warranty period.
