TRAGSA is procuring, as a single undivided lot, climate-control and ventilation equipment for the construction of a heated indoor swimming pool at the municipal sports complex in Talamanca de Jarama, Madrid. The supply includes multi-split indoor and outdoor units, a heat-recovery ventilator, reversible air-to-water heat pumps, expansion and storage tanks, plate heat exchangers, wall-mounted boilers and a high-efficiency pool dehumidification unit. The contract covers delivery and unloading at the site, including auxiliary materials; installation will be carried out by TRAGSA. The estimated quantity comprises 18 equipment items, with a tender budget of €150,823.95 excluding VAT (€182,496.98 including VAT).
