Rental, installation and maintenance of a corporate multifunction printer

Autobuses de Córdoba, S.A. (AUCORSA) is procuring one new, non-refurbished corporate multifunction printer under a rental arrangement with no purchase option. The integrated supply includes delivery, installation, network configuration, testing, commissioning, user training, technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, replacement when needed, toner and staples, and removal with secure data erasure at contract end. The printer will support printing, copying and scanning, with an estimated annual volume of 165,000 printed or copied sides: 140,000 black-and-white and 25,000 colour. The estimates by format are 100,000 A5 black-and-white, 39,300 A4 black-and-white, 700 A3 black-and-white, 24,875 A4 colour and 125 A3 colour pages. No lots are planned. The initial rental period is four years, with a possible one-year extension; the buyer pays for pages actually printed or copied, and no fixed rental fee applies during the extension.
