Phase I of lift installation at Benavides Municipal Library

The Municipality of Benavides is procuring Phase I works to prepare the municipal library for a future lift, at C/ Conde Luna 15. The works include demolition, construction of the lift pit and foundations, a new entrance and external staircase, enclosures and joinery, electrical pre-installation, and finishes.
