Equipment and materials for the 2nd International Gastronomic Tourism Congress of Roquetas de Mar

Summary

Roquetas de Mar City Council is procuring the temporary rental and installation, and the purchase and final delivery, of infrastructure and event equipment for the 2nd International Gastronomic Tourism Congress, held on 13–14 December 2026 at the Aguadulce Exhibition and Congress Centre. The scope includes an estimated 20 modular stands, 1,500 m² of event carpet, stage, LED screen, sound and lighting systems, furniture, decorative features and plants, plus 2,000 badges and lanyards, 20 prizes and 20 giveaway lots. Transport, setup, testing, technical assistance, dismantling, waste removal and restoration of the venue are also included. The contract has no lots and has a maximum budget of €29,250 including VAT.
