Rental, installation and operation of Christmas sound and lighting equipment in Villaviciosa de Odón

Summary

Villaviciosa de Odón City Council is procuring a temporary, integrated sound and spectacular lighting system for the Plaza de la Constitución during the 2026/2027 Christmas season. The contract covers rental, transport, installation, programming of two synchronised audiovisual sequences of up to four minutes each, operation, technical assistance and maintenance from 28 November 2026 to 7 January 2027, followed by dismantling and site reinstatement. The lighting installation includes at least 350 m of warm-white LED icicle lights, 150 m of LED curtain lights and 1,450 m of LED string lights for the town hall and 19 trees, as well as RGB bars, floodlights, control equipment and a distributed sound system. The contract is a single, undivided lot; its estimated value is €26,400 excluding VAT.
