Urbanisation project update, construction supervision and health and safety coordination for Sector SUP-01 El Rodeo

Summary

The Junta de Compensación of Sector SUP-01 El Rodeo is procuring a 39-month service contract in Estepona to update the sector’s urbanisation project, advise on and review tenders for the urbanisation works, provide construction direction and supervision, and coordinate health and safety. The updated project covers internal works and the connections needed to integrate infrastructure beyond the sector, including earthworks, paving, drainage, water supply, utilities, public lighting, landscaping and street furniture. The contract is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of €254,930 excluding VAT.
