The State Tax Agency’s Special Delegation in Navarre is procuring a single, integrated maintenance service for its headquarters building at 31 Yanguas y Miranda Street in Pamplona, with a built area of approximately 8,440.83 m². The service covers operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs to electrical systems, the transformer station and generator, plumbing and drainage, entrance doors, television equipment, joinery, civil works, furniture and other listed elements; climate control, structured cabling, security and fire-protection systems, lifts, the façade-access cradle and height-safety equipment are excluded.
