Maintenance of air-conditioning equipment in Las Palmas

Summary

The Social Marine Institute is procuring preventive maintenance and conservation of air-conditioning equipment at its provincial office in Las Palmas and local offices in Arrecife, Puerto del Rosario and Arguineguín. The scope covers 86 listed units, with monthly maintenance at the provincial office and quarterly maintenance at the three local offices. The initial term is one year from 1 January 2027 or, if later, from contract signature; up to three one-year extensions may be agreed. Corrective repairs and replacement parts are excluded from the maintenance contract. The estimated initial budget is €10,000 excluding IGIC (€10,700 including 7% IGIC).
