Technical consultancy for assessing and planning an extension to the Berrabehea housing building

Summary

Donostiako Etxegintza is procuring specialist technical consultancy to assess whether two additional floors can be built on the occupied public-protection housing building at Berrabehea 5–15 in Donostia-San Sebastián, with a reference scheme of 30 supported housing units. The work includes a feasibility study covering planning, structure, accessibility, building services and costs, and the drafting of any urban-planning instrument needed to enable the project. If the contracting entity expressly decides to initiate the administrative process, the consultant will also provide technical support through to final approval.
