Evaluation services for research, development and innovation projects

Summary

SPRI, the Basque Business Development Agency, is procuring scientific, technical and economic evaluation services for research, development and innovation projects, including reports on project justifications and follow-up of previously supported projects. The seven lots cover advanced materials (450 projects estimated), advanced manufacturing technologies (450), digital technologies (1,100), energy technologies (225), decarbonisation technologies (175), biosanitary technologies (200), and business innovation and business-process transformation (160). The total estimated contract value is €1,335,000 excluding VAT, for services during 2027.
