The Irun City Council is procuring a two-year, single-lot service to deliver an emotional well-being and active-ageing programme for older people in Irun. The programme covers early identification and assessment of vulnerability with personalised guidance; group workshops to support emotional well-being, cognitive stimulation and social connection; and preventive training sessions on healthy ageing and community participation. The estimated contract value is €74,001.96 excluding VAT (€81,402.16 including 10% VAT).
