Insurance for the Torremolinos Municipal Vehicle Fleet

Summary

The Torremolinos City Council is procuring one insurance policy for its municipal vehicle fleet, including cars, vans, trucks, motorcycles, special vehicles, trailers and boats. The fleet policy must provide the minimum coverages specified for each vehicle group, including compulsory and voluntary third-party liability, legal defence, damage claims and, where applicable, glass breakage, driver and passenger accidents, roadside assistance, fire and own damage; voluntary motor liability is capped at €50 million. The fleet is open to additions and removals during the policy period. The annual premium ceiling is €95,000, including taxes, and the initial one-year term starts on 5 February 2027, with up to three further one-year extensions; the contract is not divided into lots.
