Design and construction supervision services for the redevelopment of José del Cuvillo Stadium

Summary

Avanza El Puerto MP is procuring professional services for the redevelopment of José del Cuvillo Stadium in El Puerto de Santa María. The scope includes the basic and detailed design, complementary studies, construction supervision and execution management, health and safety coordination during design where applicable and during construction, and technical documentation for any necessary project amendments. The stadium is intended primarily for football and is planned to accommodate approximately 10,000 spectators. The contract is not divided into lots and has a maximum budget of €600,000 including VAT.
