Archival storage, management and document transport services for the City Council of Santiago de Compostela

Summary

The City Council of Santiago de Compostela is procuring an integrated service to collect, transport, inventory, organise, store and safeguard municipal files and documents, and to retrieve and deliver them for consultation. The service covers approximately 5,000 linear metres of documents, including A/Z files, projects, folders and archival boxes; it is not divided into lots. The initial contract term is two years, with extensions of up to two additional years.
