Cleaning service for the building at Plaza de Legazpi 7

Summary

The City of Madrid is procuring a continuous cleaning service for its government building at Plaza de Legazpi 7, covering 40,670.66 m² across two basement floors, the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor. The service includes routine and periodic cleaning of offices, shared areas, toilets, meeting rooms, circulation areas, entrances and other premises, as well as extraordinary cleaning where needed and the necessary staff, equipment, machinery, products and consumables. The contract is not divided into lots and is planned for 36 months from 1 January 2027, with extensions of up to 24 months and a maximum total term of 60 months.
