Design, construction supervision and safety coordination for restoration works at the State Public Library in Zaragoza

The Spanish Ministry of Culture is procuring a single, 21-month professional services contract for the basic and detailed design, full construction supervision, and health and safety coordination for restoration works at the State Public Library in Zaragoza. The planned works address water ingress and other building defects, including repairs to windows, adjoining timber elements, gutters, the administration building roof, courtyards, public toilets and a ceiling, as well as improvements to the main entrance, fire evacuation, auditorium sound system and furniture for the periodicals and comics areas.
