Climate-control upgrades at the Ignacio de Loyola and Santa Teresa de Jesús schools

Summary

The Municipality of Calzada de Calatrava is procuring the supply and installation of upgraded climate-control systems for two public schools, divided into two lots: Santa Teresa de Jesús School and Ignacio de Loyola School. Each lot includes a high-efficiency air-source heat-pump system using split units for summer cooling and winter heating, with the existing oil boiler retained as backup during extreme cold. The works cover the schools’ usable rooms and include outdoor equipment, an energy-savings display monitor and integration with the existing solar power systems; new photovoltaic panels are not included. The total budget is €193,402.73 including VAT.
