Catalan subtitling of recorded Catalan-language programmes

Summary

RTVE is procuring Catalan-language subtitling for recorded programmes, for viewers who are deaf or hard of hearing. The estimated volume is 400 hours over an eight-month contract, with a possible extension of up to three months covering a further estimated 150 hours. Each subtitled programme is a separate deliverable; the service is ordered as needed and performed at the contractor’s premises.
