Preventive and emergency medical services for CONTURSA events

Summary

CONTURSA is procuring preventive and emergency medical services for exhibitors, event setup staff, organisers, suppliers, its own staff and other people present at events. Coverage will be provided during setup, events and dismantling at FIBES, the Marqués de Contadero centre and other venues managed by CONTURSA; the contract is not divided into lots. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions, and the estimated demand is 2,450 nursing hours, 352 doctor hours and 25 ambulance hours over the initial term. The estimated initial budget is €81,927, with an estimated contract value of €213,010.20 excluding VAT.
