Construction supervision for the new maintenance and warehouse buildings
Summary
Universitat Jaume I is procuring a single-lot technical assistance service to support its works and installations directors during construction of new maintenance and warehouse buildings on the Riu Sec campus. The service includes technical follow-up, support with project and environmental-licence documentation, construction close-out and review of the BIM information produced for the project. The buildings are planned to have at least 2,905 m² of built area and 2,333 m² of urbanised area.
