Project design, construction supervision and health and safety coordination for works at the Marxalenes Occupational Centre

Summary

The Valencian Institute of Social Services (IVASS) is procuring design services, construction supervision and health and safety coordination for renovation works at the Marxalenes Occupational Centre. The works project will cover repairs to the drainage system and sunken floor slab, replacement of the climate-control system, roof and suspended-ceiling repairs, façade crack repairs and measures to address damp. The services also include preparing safety and health documentation, assisting with permits and installation legalisation, and preparing tender and completion documentation.
